Objectives

- Transmit the essential elements of Law, which represents the main core structure of the most important Human Societies (the Political Societies), taking into account the fundamental existing Societies.
- Give the Students the basic ideas ("juridical tools") that will allow them to approach the understanding of Law, so they can come in contact with the major legal framework conditions of their lives and their (personal or professional) activities.
- More specifically, and partly, provide an essential basis to enable Students to fully understand and have access to basic elements of the various areas of Law, through the "scientific key" usually designated by "Legal Encyclopaedia".
- Contribute, in a interdisciplinary framework, for developing the capacity for reflection and critical analysis, to the knowledge of the principal features of contemporary Political Societies, and to develop a culture of knowledge of national and international citizenship.
