Objectives
In the world we live in, there is a tendency for a progressive increase in the weight of International Law.
As a result of the so-called "internationalization", the resolution of many of today's problems highlights the application of international legal standards, or due to the emergence of new social relations or due to a new dimension of social relations once "internal" (worth say, confined to the interior borders of the States).
Through the analysis of fundamental aspects of International Law, the purpose of this Course is to provide the necessary tools for the knowledge of the conformation of contemporary life's international legal relations.
