Summary: The main goal of this project will be the milling and balancing of impellers made of steel, aluminium alloys and titanium alloys in order to improve and inovate de service quality of Zollern & Comandita Portugal.
For the impellers made of aluminium alloys it will be developed a bazing process to produce closed fans impellers.
The casting process of steel implellers will be developed during the project, by using ceramica block molding process.
All the impellers made of steel, titanium alloys and aluminium alloys will be casted during the project.
Results:
Observations: The main goal of this project is to implement this new processes at Zollern & Comandita Portugal, in a new department.
