REQUEST FOR NEW STUDENT CARD UP/CGD



STUDENTS OF ALL STUDY CYCLES ARE INFORMED THAT THEY CAN GO TODAY AND TOMORROW (19/20 SEPTEMBER) TO THE CGD STANDS IN THE 2ND FLOOR CAFÉ FROM 9AM TO 5PM TO REQUEST YOUR STUDENT CARD

Where and how to request the U.PORTO Card

Note: If you did not give consent to send your data to the CGD (step 1º) during enrolment, please follow the instructions below:



TO REQUEST YOUR UP/CGD STUDENT CARD YOU MUST
:

1º  -  Give explicit consent for your data to be sent to CGD.
  • Access FLUP's Sigarra and log in; Access your personal page (click on your name/photo in the top right-hand field) and click on the menu option on the right-hand side that says U.PORTO Card. Here you should click on the button that says “Consent”. On the form you should tick the option:

    • "Yes" if you want the card with bank account or
    • No” if you want the card without bank account.

  - Apply in person at the FLUP premises, 2nd Floor Café, between 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 2 p. m. - 5 p.m., on September 12/13/16/17/18/19/20 (according to the course schedule below).
  • Bring with you:

    • Your Identification Card;
    • A printed copy of your enrolment form at FLUP. You can download it by accessing your personal page > “click” on the magnifying glass: view information in the context of the course > Registration forms (right-hand side menu) - see example.

CARD REQUEST SHOULD BE MADE ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING COURSE SCHEDULE:

  • September 12/13/16 - Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees in the in the areas of: Archaeology; Information Science; Communication Sciences; Philosophy; Geography; History; History of Art; Sociology.
  • September 17/18/19 - Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees in the areas of: Language Sciences; Applied Languages; Literature and Interart Studies; Languages, Literatures and Cultures; Languages and International Relations.
  • September 20 – 24/25 Students who did not have the opportunity to attend the previous days.

 

If you cannot come to FLUP on the days indicated, you should then go to a CGD branch, as issuing the Student Card requires personal contact.
