Period I - Complete the cycle of studies and students with special status or condition (subjects: 1st/2nd semesters 2023/24)

Registration from 1 to 29 July 2024 for exams from 2 to 13 September 2024



Period I for students:


Enrolled in the 1st and 2nd cycles of studies, and Specialisation (exceptionally) in the respective curricular units that:
  • Need approval on a maximum of 21 ECTS to conclude their cycle of studies.
  • Period for submission Dissertations/Reports/Thesis (2nd and 3rd cycles).


Enrolled in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycles of study in the respective curricular units who are covered by special status or condition, in accordance with the Evaluation Regulation (only in Portuguese), namely:

  • Association leader
  • Student-Athlete
  • Student Firefighter
  • Military Student
  • Student Athlete in the National Team
  • High Performance Sports Practitioners
  • Student with Special Education Needs
  • Student Worker


Students must register for the special exam period. To do so, they shall submit a request online (right side menu on students’ personal area), which will only be accepted if the student has paid all tuition fees up to date.

PAYMENT: 
Registration in the special exam period, is subject to payment of a ¤12 fee per curricular unit, according to Table of Fees and Emoluments of the University of Porto (only in Portuguese).
See the deadline in the administrative calendar (only in Portuguese) and the regulation on the maximum number of enrolment credits (only in Portuguese).


These students have the possibility of requesting, in each academic year, "up to 5 exams or specific global tests, in addition to those foreseen in the normal and appeal seasons, with a maximum limit of two exams/tests per curricular unit".
