Objectives
- To track events, to identify historical agents and to contextualize and discuss problems of the History of Portugal during the period focused on the sylabus
Learning outcomes and competences
By the end of the semester students should be able to:
- Interpret main guidelines of the structures of Portugal in the nineteenth century;
- Relate events, timelines and historical contexts;
- Interpret and contextualize authors and historical data;
- Discuss interpretations and ways of approaching the Portuguese historiography in this field.
