1) Presenting the present profile of History of Historiography.
2) Defining a chronology in time for 17th-21th centuries and adequately justifying it.
3) Teaching the main knowledge about a given theme of “Historical schools” (Enlightenment, Romanticism, “Methodical School”, Marxism, Annales, New History(ies), Post-Modernity…
4) Providing texts of the main authors belonging to the proposed times to the students.
6) Understanding the reasons that explain the role played by historians in contemporary societies.
