2025/26 - Change of Pair Institution/Course - 1st year of study and Change of Pair Institution/Course - remaining years of study - 1st Phase

Students who: a) have been enrolled and enrolled in another institution/course pair and have not completed it may apply for a change to another institution/course; b) have taken the national secondary education exams corresponding to the entrance exams set for that pair, for that year, within the scope of the general access regime; have, in these exams, the minimum classification required by the higher education institution, in that year, in the scope of the general access regime. Students who have been enrolled in a foreign higher education institution in a course defined as higher and have not completed it. Students holding non-Portuguese secondary education courses, within the scope of Article 20 A of Decree-Law no. 296 A/98, of September 25; for students who entered higher education through the especially appropriate tests designed to assess the ability of those over 23 years old to attend higher education, regulated by Decree-Law No. 64/2006, of March 21, amended by Decree -Law No. 113/2014, of July 16, the condition established by Ordinance No. 181-D/2015, of June 19, by subparagraphs b) and c) of paragraph 1 of article 9 may be replaced by the application of paragraphs 2 and 3 of article 12 of the aforementioned diploma.

In order to access: - 2nd year - the candidate will have to be recognized by the Course Director, at least 48 ECTS referring to the 1st year of the cycle of studies to which he is applying; - 3rd year - the candidate will have to be recognized by the Course Director, at least 108 ECTS referring to the 1st and 2nd years of the cycle of studies to which he is applying.

  • Certificate of subjects taken and passed in higher education, indicating the regime (semester or year) and no. of Course Units/ECTS. If your certificate does not contain all these elements, you should add a detailed list of subjects taken, with the missing information. Students of the institution must attach only the detailed list of subjects taken, with the indication of regime (semester or year) and no. of Course Units/ECTS. If you did not pass a subject, a certificate of enrolment in higher education. For qualifications obtained abroad, the document must be authenticated by the official education services of the respective country and recognised by the Portuguese diplomatic or consular entity, or bear the Apostille of the Hague Convention. The same applies to the translations of documents not written in Spanish, French or English. (Mandatory)
