It is important that you check your e-mail regularly since this is the preferred mode of contact. In all communications with FFUP teachers and services you should always use your institutional e-mail and sign messages with your first and last name.
The EDUROAM network (European-wide network) for use by the entire academic community, which provides Internet access on the FFUP campus, student residences, and other Portuguese and foreign colleges.
The UPorto network is intended for short-term guests such as meetings and congresses.
VPN VPN allows remote access to online resources (journals, ebooks and databases) subscribed to by FFUP.
Antivirus The antivirus solution ESET Endpoint Protection should be used to protect institutional computers, servers and the personal computers of students and staff, ensuring the safety of the computers that interact with the U.Porto network and services.
Google for Education Account This service gives you access to Google's productivity tools portfolio for collaborative work.
Microsoft Office 365 Account
Office is a suite of Enterprise Cloud tools that make communication and collaborative work easier.
Software - Academic Community U.Porto makes certain applications available for the academic community throughout the campus.
