Abstract (EN):
The effectiveness of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) in determining the different sources of anisotropy energies in rectangular arrays of interacting Ni circular dots was demonstrated. It was found that in case of narrow resonance line width small shifts of the resonance field with magnetic field rotation can be detected. The anisotropy field resolution was higher when compared to data extracted from hysteresis loops measured by magneto-optic and magnetometer techniques.
