Resumo: |
The main goal of this project is the development and global commercialization of a new industrial processing technology, HydraGtS, for continuous CO2 capturing. The HydraGtS technology process can be directly applied on post-combustion capture power plants and O&G exploration platforms, after CO2 purification by amine scrubbing or membranes. It is also foreseeable to use the technology for direct purification of CO2 from flue-gases after particle removal and desulphurization usual processes. This will be demonstrated during the project, and if successful the HydraGtS will become a disruptive technology for CO2 capturing and sequestration. The project will be developed along 3 years, with the final goal of constructing a mini-pilot industrial plant with a processing capacity of 1 tonCO2/h for technology demonstration purposes. |
