Apresentação Pessoal

I have 15 years of experience as a computer engineer and a successful track record on roles such as Engineering Manager / Tech Lead, Agile Coach / Scrum Master, Solutions Architect, Head of PMO, Head of Delivery / Portfolio Manager or Product Owner, among others. 

I have also founded my own startup and have been teaching in the university, first invited by P.Porto and then by U.Porto (FEUP), the two most important universities in Porto.

I implement Agile since 2007 and I am an Agile, Lean startup and Business model generation trainer. 

I hold certifications on Management 3.0, on BPMN, on Agile estimation and planning (Scrum Alliance), as a SMAC (Scrum Master Accredited Certification), as a KMP (Kanban Management Professional) and as a PMP (Project Management Professional). 

In terms of business sectors, I am very experienced in IT, digital transformation, digital marketing, real estate, education and healthcare, especially within agile and startup-driven environments.

I believe that I am at my best on roles that mix strategy, technology and management and I love to be challenged in order to learn more and surpass my limits.

On my free time, I volunteer organizing Commit Porto, an international technology conference. I was for 4 years the President of AlumniEI-FEUP, managing to achieve one of the most active Alumni associations in Portugal. I successfully fulfilled a major personal goal: a round the world trip.
