Expert in global equity investing, strategic data modeling (pedictive & prescriptive analytics, using reinforcement learning and genetic algorithms) and in new business development. Currently centered on developing and implementing AI algorithms for equity investments and transfer learning from/to other "case driven" business uses.

Senior executive experience in developing and managing businesses and teams, in diverse multicultural environments. MSc in Management of Technology from MIT (2000) (USA), MBA (1990) and "Licenciado" in Economics (1987) from Universidade do Porto (Portugal).
