Objectives

Aquisition of Knowledge of nonlinear elasticity,viscoelasticity,hiperelasticity, plasticity and viscoplasticity and be able to use the indicial notation and the tensorial notation. 

Learning outcomes and competences

Be able to solve problems according with the contents of the course namely being able to use the notations refered in the objectives.

Strain Tensors: Green, Lagrange and Euler.

Stress Tensors: Cauchy and Piolla-Kirchhoff.

Constitutive Laws. Bending of nonlinear Beams and Plates.

Introduction to Viscoelasticity and Hiperelasticity.

Plasticity Theory. Viscoplasticity Theory. Elementar aplications of the Theory of Plsticity.

Plastic Analysis of Beams and Frames.

Theory of the Slipline Field.
