Attendance to 75% of classes and compulsory attendance to the assessment components.
FC= 50%TC + 50%TPC FC: Final Classification. Note: final approval requires a minimum score of 50% in theoretical (TC) and 50% in theoretical-practical (TPC); the sum of these two classifications have to be at least 9,5 on a scale of 0 to 20. TC: Theoretical Classification (MT) MT=1st MT (50%) + 2nd MT (505) TPC: Theoretical-Practical Classification (IProj + OP + Iperf) IProj=Report (30%) + Powerpoint (20%) OP=Presentation (20%) + Discussion (10%) IPerf=Participation (20%)
Assessment Components: MT- 2 mini-tests about theoretical classes (individual assignment) IProj- Development of a "Inovation Project" (group assignment) OP- Oral Presentation of the "Inovation Project" (individual and group assignment) IPerf- Individual Performance during classes
The same as for ordinary students. While working students are dispense from classes, there is an obligation to be present at the evaluation moments and to carry out the work described in the assesment components.
Students can improve their marks in the next year.
Office hours: Please send an email to schedule a meeting.
IMPORTANT: due to the exceptional circumstances that we face with the pandemic situation, the assessment this year will be different. Thus, the two written tests, usually made in a face to face mode, will be replaced by a written test with the consultation of the documentation, made online during the period of the last theoretical class and submitted to MOODLE. Whenever it is necessary to confirm the written test classification, the student will be called to an oral exam, remotely, having to demonstrate knowledge that justifies their answers and responds immediately and spontaneously to the questions that will be asked. The other assessment components remain the same, for the theoretical-practical classes, but with everything made online.
