The objective of the present course is to introduce and provide knowledge in the telemedicine and eHealth area.
Students will learn new concepts on clinical information generation, its transmission inside and out of health institutions and usage in different healthcare scenarios. Furthermore, they will learn to design IT architecture of health information systems based on established standards (HL7, DICOM, etc.) and to implement small projects in telemedicine and e-health.
