Integrate knowledge acquired in other CUs of the course and developing skills in conducting, economic evaluation, planning and control of mining projects.
Once concluded the CU, the student should be able to critically monitoring and evaluating the development of a project.

3. Organization and Integrated Planning of Natural Resources' Explorations (Conceptual, technical and legal reasoning);
4. Evaluation of projects, IRR and NPV;
5. PERT, critical path;
6. Project planning with MSProject;
7. Data acquisition in organizational systems with discrete components;
8. Direction, planning, programming and projects monitoring;
9. Advanced use of MSProject for planning projects;
10. Advanced use of MSProject to control projects.
Lectures, case presentations and problem solving. The questions raised by students are clarified as they are lifted.
