Equipments and infra-structures to support harbour and airport activities; Physical planning; Aerodrome geometrical characterization; Types of goods and particularities; Multimodal and intermodal in the transport of goods. Harbour hinterland.

DEMONSTRATION OF THE SYLLABUS COHERENCE WITH THE CURRICULAR UNIT'S OBJECTIVES:

To understand the organization of airports and ports and how to organize the space and the activiites.

Teaching methods and learning activities

The teaching involves sessions with theoretical presentations, discussions and technical trips. The student grading will be based on a report assignment and a written exam if necessary

DEMONSTRATION OF THE COHERENCE BETWEEN THE TEACHING METHODOLOGIES AND THE LEARNING OUTCOMES:

The report assignment and the discussion of the UC contents allows for an efficient learning experience at this education level
