Objectives

Integration of multidisciplinary expertise in creating new products / services as having the objective of learning a set of strategies and tools for systematic development of structured products, in an environment of teamwork. It is intended that in the end the student:• Be able to organize and define the process for developing product / service with the company;• Be able to define a structured plan of development of product or service;• Know and be able to use a set of methods and tools for a systematic practice of introducing new and innovative products to meet the particular role of the client and other stakeholders and in particular the multiple functional areas of the company in its development and commercial release;• Integrate the development of new products in the company's strategy;• Develop skills to work in a team;

The program of the course was designed to provide the student with the knowledge base that will enhance competencies that allow easy integration not only as a member of product development teams as part of his professional activity or take a leadership role not only in defining innovation strategies but also in their implementation

The UC uses a teaching method based on the development of a project to create a new product or service from a business opportunity identified by a team (4-6 students), following the methodology taught in the course.
