Objectives
To give the fundamentals of electronic design in telecommunications including RF and Microwave, with a practical perspective through the realization of laboratory electronic projects.
Program
Introduction to radio-frequency communication systems. Review of transmission lines. Noise and intermodulation distortion. Filter design. Design of high-frequency amplifiers. Oscillators and frequency synthesizers. Receiver design.
