Objectives
- To identify/acquire the essential skills in order to maximize personal and interpersonal performance.
- To apply techniques of personal development, to use strategies of group interaction and manage different communication resources, in order to reach a progressive efficiency in the working processes and a high effectiveness in the results.
- To raise awareness regarding soft skills and the changes which need to be developed in the individual profile, in order to improve the professional performance in electrical and computers engineering.

Teaching methods and learning activities
Theoretical classes: presentation of the themes with audiovisual support: blackboard, overhead projector and/or computer with datashow.
Practical classes: explanation of the themes with audiovisual support: blackboard, overhead projector and/or computer with datashow; practical activities, case analysis and exercises of behaviour training, in order to improve the skills related with the different themes of the course.

Eligibility for exams
Students have to attend to 75% of the practical classes and attend to the continuous assessment components.
Calculation formula of final grade
Assessment of theoretical classes (50%=10 values)
+
Assessment of practical classes (50%=10 values)
Note: Students have to reach a minimum mark of 50% in each of the components and reach a minimum mark of 9,5 out of 20 in the final mark.
Examinations or Special Assignments
Assessment Components:
MT- 2 mini-tests about theoretical classes (individual assignment)
WR- A written report (group assignment)
P- Oral presentation (individual assignment) with audiovisual support (group assignment)
IP- Individual performance during classes
NOTE
