OPTION 2: Evaluation of the Surface Water Qualidade of a Hydrographic Basin Using Mathematical Modeling
1.Study of surface water quality using mathematical models developed by and available from USEPA and USGS
2.Gathering hydraulic data and use of land
3. Calculation and allocation of polluting loads, from both point and diffused sources, in a river basin.
4.Application of obtained data from a small river basin to EPA model QUAL2E
