Objectives
The aim of this course is to teach:
• modules with contents to fill with possible gaps of the LEMG curriculum in the area of Mining, Hydrogeology, Open-sky explorations, etc…,that means in any area of subsoil exploration or usufruct in general;
• if the themes do not fill all the course, we might additionally include more specialized modular themes, which would be contents advanced topics that were not possible to be lectured in other places but thanks to its opportunity and current interest they might be included in the LEMG curriculum.
The creation of this course comes from the suggestions adopted by the LEMG Directorate within the FUP and OE evaluation suggestions.

Teaching methods and learning activities
This course will be lectured in modules (3 to 6 classes per module).
During the lecturing period, the students must participate actively with questions and interventions in Forum mode and preferably on the FEUP Moodle interactive environment.
The students will be evaluated at the end of each module.
