Teaching methods and learning activities

This course is divided into three different teaching methods:
- Theoretical classes: they will be based on the presentation of the themes and discussion of practical situations;
- Theoretical-practical classes: they will be essentially assignment-oriented. At the end of the semester, students will have to deliver a written report about their assignments.
- Students will have to do an oral presentation about the results obtained in their research regarding Portuguese tariff system, or tariff systems in network services in other countries or about the service quality of electrical systems. The presentation must not last more than 15 min.

Eligibility for exams

Assessment components:
- Practical assignment and report (PA);
- Oral Presentation (ORALP), which must not last more than 15 min, about Portuguese tariff system, or tariff systems in network services in other countries or about the service quality of electrical systems.
- Final Exam (FE)

Students will be admitted to exams if they:
- reach a minimum mark of 8 out of 20 in the final exam;
- deliver the written report and the practical assignment
- do the above mentioned oral presentation
