Abstract (EN): A camping site license must obey to specific legal requirements as far as the layout of the site is concerned, in order to ensure campers and their belongings' safety, preventing any kind of natural or technological risks, according to the law nr. 39/2008, March 7, 5th article. This project focus on the campers' perception of safety measures, as well as their main concerns regarding social, natural and technological risks. Therefore, campers' have been asked to answer an inquiry. Results reveal that campers are mainly concerned about fire hazard, falling trees and theft. Regarding the different identified situations, preventive and action measures were taken into account. Consequently, the introduction of a methodology based on information and training will certainly be highly significant when facing emergency situations. Action procedures and safety instructions so that all kinds of natural, social and technological risks can be avoided, may be presented and organised in specific protocols and then given to staff members and campers. This approach can be an important auxiliary support which allows camping sites to answer effectively to situations of imminent danger.
