In today’s landscape of university communication and marketing, telling impactful stories is key to engaging with diverse and increasingly demanding audiences. At Porto Communication Higher Education Staff Week 2025: “Bridging Narratives”, we will explore how institutions can develop and share narratives that resonate with different audiences by strategically and creatively adapting messages.

This event is designed specifically for communication and marketing professionals working within European universities who seek tools and insights to enhance how they engage various audiences — from students, faculty and staff to institutional partners and the wider community. Through interactive sessions and inspiring talks, we will discuss innovative strategies that help align the university’s stories with the expectations of diverse audiences.

Here are some of the topics we will be exploring during this event:

– The power of internal communication: Engaging different audiences at universities

– AI in Higher Education: Threats and opportunities to communicators

– Fake News: How can we be prepared for the storm in Higher Education?

– University website: Is it a nightmare or a blessing?

– Brand Strategy and Paid Media: Is it worth it?

An event designed to discover how to bridge multiple narratives and connect more authentically and effectively with your audience.
