Personal Presentation

Thiago Andrade Silva is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto, and a researcher at INESC TEC. His research focuses on information systems management, machine learning, and data mining, with particular emphasis on spatio-temporal information systems, business intelligence (BI), data analysis, clustering, and predictive analytics.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Uberaba / ISEP, a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from Faculdade Pitágoras, and a PhD in Computer Science from the Universities of Minho, Aveiro, and Porto (MAP-i).
