Main Activities Developed:
Collaboration in the preparation of the application process for the purposes of ranking the Independent Masters and Advanced Studies course in Building Rehabilitation;
Control of the course unit files, the reports of the course unit, the summaries of the classes and the launches of classifications, in order to be respected the regulatory deadlines;
Preparatory procedures for the Public Examinations of the Independent Master's Degrees, preparation of minutes and evaluation sheets for the examinations, and support during the Public Examinations of all the DEC Master's Degrees;
Procedures for organizing study visits, namely dissemination to students, registration and reservation of transport.
Attendance (in person, by telephone and e-mail) for users of the Course Secretariat.
