Personal Presentation

Artur Freitas Gonçalves is a Researcher at the Research Center for Systems & Technologies (SYSTEC) and in the Institute for Systems and Robotics - Porto (ISR-Porto) since 2020.

A PhD Candidate in Applied Mathematics from Universities of Porto, Minho and Aveiro (MAP-PDMA), his research interests in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning focus on algorithmic solutions in Transfer Learning and Zero-shot Learning, for scenarios where data is scarce or costly. He is currently involved and has participated in several research projects at European and National levels.
