Students from the 2
nd and 3
rd cycles of studies of the constituent universities of the EUGLOH Alliance.
Syllabus:
1. Project management oriented towards health communication and literacy (project start-up, planning, monitoring, and control)
2. Teamwork (team organization, personal communication, team management, negotiation, and conflict management)
3. Appropriate methodologies and tools to enhance communication and health literacy, and problem-solving
4. Creative thinking
5. Social innovation
6. Experimentation: application of the knowledge acquired by participating in the training course
Credits: 3 ECTS (credited by the UP on 31.08.2020)

Access conditions:
Registration at U.Porto or at one of the EUGLOH Alliance Universities.
Criteria for the selection and ranking of candidates and their respective weights:
The balance between the admissible scientific areas will be considered, as well as the gender balance, and priority will be given to students with special educational needs.
Additionally, candidates will be ranked using the following criteria (scores from 0 to 20):
a) Curriculum and CV/portfolio analysis;
b) Motivation to participate in the activity;
c) English level (assessed by writing the responses to the registration form).
As a tiebreaker: Interview by videoconference to assess the motivation, language level, and the skills that the candidate reveals.
