Description:	The rehabilitation of the built heritage is a duty for society and a development opportunity for the construction sector. The range of possible interventions is very broad, including the conservation of monumental heritage, the in-depth renovation of old buildings and the elimination of pathologies in newer buildings. Interventions in the built heritage, if carried out correctly, also lead to gains in terms of sustainability, durability, energy efficiency and comfort.
