Exempt Students under Decree-Laws No. 358/70 and 43/76

• Decree-Law No. 358/70, of July 29^th – Determines that combatants and former combatants of military operations in service to the country, for which they have obtained decorations and awards established, at least, in a Military, Naval or Air Order, or who have become unfit for military service or physically disabled as a result of such operations, shall be admitted to official non-military educational institutions of all degrees and fields – Extends this exemption to the children of those combatants
• Ministerial Order No. 445/71, of August 20^th - Regulates the provisions of Decree-Law No. 358/70 to more concretely define the cases in which military staff who have taken or take part in military operations, or their children, are entitled to the benefits granted in the said legislation
