1 - Students who are enrolled in the academic year 2020/2021 can renew the “Andante Sub23” profile digitally and remotely, by accessing the following page https://estudante.tip.pt
For cases in which the declaration is necessary to deliver to transport companies that are not part of the “TIP- Transportes Intermodais do Porto” and for students that do not have “andante” (travelling ticket), they may request the following declaration “Declaração Pass firstname.lastname@example.org". The declaration can be request in the personal student page selecting in the options "Certificados" the following declaration "Passe email@example.com". If the student selects the digital format, the document after being signed will be available in the consultation area of the requested certificates, where he can download the file (open with Acrobat).
2 - If you have to pick-up a certificate and you want it to be sent by post mail, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, from the official e-mail address included in your student’s personal page.
