Teaching methods and learning activities

Theoretical classes are centred around the discussion by the students of themes from the UC content. The teacher motivates the discussion and the students prepare the class with the planned readings and other actions. Discussion of themes is based in case studies, examples, technologies, etc.

During the semester the students undertake 3-4 small projects in groups where they deal with concrete situations having the oportunity to apply the theoretical concepts and models. The groups manage the content created in the projects through a content management system. This is part of the practical learning regarding this type of information technology. In each practical session, the presentation and discussion of the project results is made.

This UC is managed through the moodle.
