At the end of the training unit the student should be able to:
• Understand the relationship between different leadership styles and different motivational patterns of work teams;
• Know the different team work motivational patterns';
• Understand the relationship between different leadership styles and different motivational patterns;
• Identify the different types of conflicts that emerge in work teams;
• Identify key operating characteristics of a team, its structure and its dynamics;
•F eedback mechanisms (reinforcement / punishment) its role on motivation and managment;
General concepts of strategic management team leadership;
Communication skills for driving teams (feedback, praise and criticism, assertiveness);
Understanding and intervention teams, according to different leadership styles and different motivational patterns;
Analyze and solve paradigmatic leadership situations and team managment
