Objectives

At the end of the training unit the student should be able to:

Understand the relationship between different leadership styles and different motivational patterns of work teams;

Know the different team work motivational patterns';

Understand the relationship between different leadership styles and different motivational patterns;

Identify the different types of conflicts that emerge in work teams;

Identify key operating characteristics of a team, its structure and its dynamics;

F eedback mechanisms (reinforcement / punishment) its role on motivation and managment;

Learning outcomes and competences

 General concepts of strategic management team leadership;
Communication skills for driving teams (feedback, praise and criticism, assertiveness);

Understanding and intervention teams, according to different leadership styles and different motivational patterns;

Analyze and solve paradigmatic leadership situations and team managment
