Objectives

To acquire an integrated vision of the concepts, techniques and strategies of management applied to extraction and manufacturing industry.

This course unit aims to endow students with an integrated vision of the concepts, techniques and strategies of management applied to extraction and manufacturing industry, in the sense a multivariate optimization of the industrial process which is seen as a whole.
Students should acquire a global vision of the concepts, problems and tools available in order to be able to make the best decisions.
