Objectives
This course unit aims to provide students with skills to perform the most appropriate roles (leadership and collaboration) to the purposes and contexts of their daily lives (professional and personal).
Specifically the student will learn:
a) That each member could / should always choose the role which is more appropriate for the purpose of that context.
b) The focus on the behaviors that support the purpose of context,
c) The management / increase their energy to achieving the objectives of the different contexts in which they intercede.
d) To manage the differences that represents the main source of energy for achieving the objectives:
e) To understand the genesis of groups and its application in the choice of mechanisms for coordination and operation using.
Program
1. The processes of self-leadership
2. The processes of construction of reality: objectivity, subjectivity, inter subjectivity)
3. The impact of contexts (safe vs. unsafe) in behavior: dimensions of effectiveness)
4. The stages of development as part of the individual and group behavior:
a) Me in a new context
b) Me in a conflict context
c) Me in a solving problems context
d) Me in a focus on action context
5. The processes of change / learning (the importance of "refreezing" and training in the implementation of change)
