Objectives
Bloom's Taxonomy
Knowledge: enumerate and identify the information systems in business environments and describe their role in the organization
Understanding: explain the value of introducing a system of information in the organization, recognize the functional entities of the company concerned and involved in the process, to identify which stages of the engineering of the business and functional entities that are involved in the introduction / replacement / discontinuation of an information system.
Application: Building a value proposition of an information system component for the company;
Summary: Presentation of the proposed value of a component of an information system to manage the company

- Enterprise Integration
- Information Systems (IS) in the Enterprise: the major types of SI, the SI functional perspective, a first introduction to business applications
- The Electronic Business and Electronic Commerce: Integration intra-and inter-business (B2B e-commerce); New business models and value propositions, a new "information economy"; Opportunities, Challenges and Solutions
- The Enterprise Engineering Life Cycle : using the Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture " we handle the enterprise engineering life cycle, placing information systems in the organization and in his life story. In this context we analyse the interrelationships between the SI and other functional entities of the company.
- ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning: in this context is still discussion of integrated systems of SCM (Supply Chain Management)
