Objectives
- To integrate the concepts/criteria/methods of occupational safety, hygiene and health with the concept of: “project-execution-use”;
- To be familiar and apply prevention methodologies for occupational risks when designing new workplaces;
- To identify the previous technical-legal requirement of an economic activity;
- Case study: The industrial licensing

- Methodology of integration of occupational risks prevention while designing a new workplace;
- Assessment and control;
- General scope – legal/technical/social/economic context of the design of new workplaces;
- Industrial licensing (use of a legal procedure as technical planning);
- The legal context from the occupational safety, hygiene and health point of view;
- Sector analysis with the presentation of case studies of diverse productions sectors (from the extractive industry to services);
- Execution of the project;
- Safety coordination – Safety and Health plan; context and its application;
- Legal context;
- Legal requirements of occupational safety, hygiene and health and the exercise of an economic activity.
- Technical compilation;
- Facility: structural stability; electric installation; storage; technical places; social places; fires and explosions; physical environment etc.
- Emergency organisation.
