Objectives
This course aims at introducing students to the management process, providing an integrated perspective of the different management areas. The course will combine a strong theoretical basis with an applied component, through the use of case studies and group work.

Teaching methods and learning activities

Eligibility for exams
Minimum grade of 37,5 % in each of the evaluation components.
Calculation formula of final grade
Final mark = 0,4*group work+0,3* test + 0,3* exam
Special assessment (TE, DA, ...)
Students with special status who cannot attend classes have to comply with the following evaluation so as to attain frequency:
1. Prepare an individual assignment to be defined by the lecturers
2. Take an oral exam on the topic of the assignment and other topics the lecturers may consider appropriate.
Classification improvement
1. Improving the marks obtained in the practical component can be achieved with an additional individual assignment and an oral exam.
2. Improving the marks obtained in the exam can be done according to the assessment regulations in force.
