Actual Position: Post Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Civil Engineering at FEUP and an Integrated Member of The Institute of R&D in Structures and Construction.
Academic Degrees: (Integrated) MSc in Civil Engineering - Materials (FEUP) and a PhD in Civil Engineering - Structures (UP), with thesis "Design of eco-efficient ultra-high performance fibre reinforced cement-based composite for rehabilitation/strengthening applications".
Main research lines: Developing and characterising new cementitious materials (self-compacting concrete, eco-efficient concretes, high/ultra-high performance cementitious composites, digital concrete), non-conventional SCM (wastes valorization), experimental factorial design, modelling of material behaviour, non-destructive testing and concrete durability

Relevant activities: competitive post-doc funding contract in the 4th edition of the Individual Scientific Employment Stimulation Contest (2021). She is the Principal researcher of the project DigiCrete - “NEXT GENERATION OF DIGITAL “CONCRETE”: Performance Mix Design and Assessment of Sustainable and circular cementitious composites” in cooperation with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Principal Researcher at UP of the Project "Promoting Sustainable Affordable Housing Construction Technologies Using Environmentally Sound Locally Available Resources (PURSUE)", Team Member of 4 R&D Projects in the field of cementitious materials. Author/co-author of over 80 scientific publications and supervises 18 research works (Bachelor, Master and PhD).
