Personal Presentation

PhD in Civil Engineering, with specialization in Hydraulics, Water Resources and Environment, by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP). Since 2007 she is working at FEUP developing research related with hydrology, water resources management and optimization, warning and forecasting of extreme events (droughts and floods), river restoration and rehabilitation and hydrological and hydraulic modeling. She also worked on the construction of hydroelectric projects and she was an assistant professor of hydraulics at the School of Engineering of Polytechnic of Porto (ISEP).
Since the  academic year of 2021/22, she has  been a lecturer at several curricular units in the Civil Engineering degree at FEUP (Numerical Analysis, FEUP Project and Topography and Geographic Information Systems).
