Abstract (EN):
Sex Education (S.E.) is, naturally, part of growing-up, a process which is intended to produce the greatest possible harmony within each human being. Thus, taking into account the increasing complexity of all human activities, formal education becomes far more important than mere informal information accretion. From this perspective education becomes another aspect of well-managed health care. The authors hope, in this article, to discuss the premises and objectives of sex education using as their basis the ethical framework constructed from the principles developed by TB and JC, i. e., the principles of respect for; autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence and justice. It is concluded that, naturally, sex education is not just a positive factor in the development of each individual but has also become imperative in the pursuit of fairness and integrity in society.
