Apresentação Pessoal

Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP) and integrated researcher at the Mathematics Centre of the University of Porto (CMUP).

Her scientific interests focus on Regression Models, Statistical Learning (classification, finite mixtures, clustering) and Statistical Modelling in Health Sciences in general. She has extensive experience in Statistical Analyses and Consultancy in the field of Epidemiology and Public Health. She frequently collaborates with the Faculties of Medicine and Pharmacy of the University of Porto, the Ricardo Jorge Institute and the Institute of Public Health of the University of Porto.

She is currently director of the Degree in Applied Mathematics at FCUP.
