From the academic year of 2022/2023 on, this cycle of studies consists of:
a) A Specialization course, which does not grant a degree, consisting of an organized set of curricular units, corresponding to 60 ECTS. Upon completion, it will confer a Specialization course, which does not grant a degree, in Food Science and Technology;
b) A curricular unit that aims to support the development and elaboration of research work, designated Project in Food Science and Technology, of 6 ECTS.
c) An original scientific dissertation carried out especially for this purpose or a professional internship subject to a final report, corresponding to 54 ECTS in a total of 120 ECTS of the cycle of studies. The successful completion of the work's public defence, alongside with the completion of the remaining ECTS credits, grants the Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology.
