Objectives

The uc Dissertation is sub-divided into Dissertation I (15 ECTS), Dissertation II (12 ECTS) and Dissertation III (18 ECTS).

Preparation of an original dissertation such that, together with the curricular part of the master, ensure the acquisition of skills set out in paragraph 4 of article 3 of the General Regulation of master courses of the University of Porto

In particular it is intended that the student acquires expertise in mathematics using research and innovation.
