Objectives
- Reorganize and integrate the Training Theory and Methodology knowledge in Gymnastics training;
- knowledge in high performance level in Gymnastics;
- Knowing the process of young gymnasts sports training;
- Get knowledge in planning, implementation, proceedings and assessment in training and in competition.
Learning outcomes and competences
- know how to use the Knowledge in Gymnastics scientific Research;
- Demonstrate knowledge about the developmente of motor capacities (General and specific) and training techniques in young gymnasts.
- To know and understand the training process in order to develop new gymnasts.
- Demonstrate understanding about Planning and modelling the training loads in Gymnastics and know how to differentiate the different phases (annual, monthly, weekly, training session) and states (preparation, implementation, evaluation, redesign) of planning process.

Eligibility for exams
Students who benefit from special rules of attendance will be required to submit special work for proof of knowledge and skills related to the objectives and content of the course. Students covered by special rules should contact the teacher at the beginning of the semester in order to adjust the type of evaluation.
Calculation formula of final grade

Camp Work (strength, stretch and coordinative microcycles) – 60%
Theoretical Work (individual dossier) - 35%
Participation/interest/attendance - 5% (Personal attendance equal or higher than 75% of the total lessons).
