Organization and How U.Porto Works

Workers Committee of the University of Porto (CT-UP)

The aim of the U. Porto Workers' Committee was to give us all the possibility of having a say in how our professional lives are organized.

This requires the participation of all workers at the University of Porto, both teaching and non-teaching, with different professional categories, working in different organic units and autonomous services, for an active and plural commitment.

U.Porto's success will be all the greater if it is able to actively involve all the people who work there.
