Coordinating Council of Improvement of Teaching-Learning of the University of Porto (CCMEUP)

The Coordination Council for the Educational Model of the U.Porto (CCMEUP) was established by order of the Rector, on 15 July 2011 (Order nº GR.04/07/2011), aiming at mainstreaming educational activities and promoting the sustainable improvement of training quality at the U.Porto.

The "Order nº GR.01/09/2018" changed the designation of the Coordinating Council, altering "Coordinating Council of the Educational Model of the U.Porto" to "Coordinating Council of Improvement of Teaching-Learning of the U.Porto", as well as its composition and the objectives for the academic quadrennium 2018/19 - 2021/22.

The "Order nº GR.05/11/2022" defines the composition of the CCMEUP for the academic quadrennium 2022/23 - 2025/2026, as well as the definition of the main objectives for the same quadrennium.

The Memorandums of the CCMEUP meetings are prepared summarizing the proposals and activities undertaken.

Composition

The Coordinating Council of Improvement of Teaching-Learning of the U.Porto has the following composition:

• Vice-Rector for Training and Academic Organisation, who chairs;
• Pro-Rector for Pedagogical Innovation;
• Presidents/Vice-Presidents of the Scientific Councils and the Pedagogical Councils of the teaching and research Organic Units (Faculties) in functions;
• One student from each of the Pedagogical Councils of the Faculties of the U.Porto, appointed by them and, equally, in in functions;
• By the Director of the Training and Academic Organisation Service of the U.Porto Rectory.
