-Elaboration of the final report, with recommendations for the development of participatory methodologies in the planning system, and organisation and dissemination of a "good-practices guide".
From the point of view of the contributions of the project for the knowledge in the area, it is important to mention that the participation in the processes of territory planning has come to be considered as a right of citizenship and, simultaneously, as condition of the legitimation and effectiveness of these processes. This fact justifies the necessity of development of models and methodologies of participated evaluation, and of instruments capable to evaluate a set of dimensions of the planning associates the governance, the collective learning, and to the constitution of capital stock (evaluating the proper process of participation). The importance conferred to the participation in the current legislative context of the instruments of management of the territory justifies, also, the necessity to inform the methodologies to be developed in the portuguese context.
